The City of Chicago and the Office of Emergency Management and Communications are organizing the 2023 Whole Community Training Summit. This event is the second of a multi-year plan to provide whole community engagement and training for 2022 (Focus: Preparedness), 2023 (Focus: Response), and 2024 (Focus: Recovery). The next training summit will be November 16, 2023 at the NIU Naperville Campus. Our objectives are to continue engagement with stakeholders, provide essential training, share best practices, provide a forum for networking, and gain a better understanding of the changing needs of the various sectors.

The Whole Community Training Summit is a one-day event curated by OEMC and the Whole Community Planning Team for an audience of approximately 250 attendees. The Summit is an opportunity for your organization to receive exposure and join other individuals and companies to share information, materials, and products that can be helpful to private businesses, the public sector, and to community organizations. This will also create and strengthen community partnerships.

Community sponsors are the primary source of funding for this event and will help ensure its success. You can provide support in the following ways:

Be a Diamond Sponsor by sponsoring a food break, valued between $1800 – $3,000

Your company logo will be placed prominently on the cover of the conference booklet listing you as a Diamond Sponsor and included in the registration site. A sign will be displayed by the food break thanking you for sponsorship. You will also be provided with a free vendor booth with a prioritized choice of location. This sponsorship level also includes one summit registration.

Be a Supporting Sponsor through a monetary donation of $1,500 or higher

Your company logo will be placed on materials and the registration site. You will also be provided with a free vendor booth. This sponsorship level also includes one summit registration.

Be a Vendor at the event for a small fee of $750

We will arrange for space and a table for you to display your materials and products.
